How We Use Information
We use information to operate Merely Points, manage accounts and contests, calculate points and standings, send requested notifications, provide customer support, protect the service, prevent abuse, improve features, and comply with legal or operational requirements.
SMS and Mobile Numbers
If you opt in to SMS, we use your mobile number to send Merely Points messages and process replies such as STOP, HELP, STATUS, PAUSE, and sport-specific preference commands.
We do not sell mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data. We do not share SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing. We may share SMS-related data with service providers who help deliver, secure, or support our messaging program.
Service Providers
We may use trusted vendors for hosting, analytics, email, payments, data feeds, security, and messaging. These providers are allowed to use information only as needed to provide services to Merely Points.
